3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the q555 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential permanent ban from the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

q555 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. All account balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the associated deposit, unless specifically approved otherwise by q555 following a KYC review.
• q555 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit or withdrawal transaction and to place a hold on funds pending satisfactory completion of identity or payment method verification.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published within the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• q555 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of q555.
• Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT are subject to network confirmation requirements and prevailing exchange rate conditions at the time of processing.

q555 is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors attributable to third-party payment processors, including but not limited to JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking institutions. Processing times for bank transfers are subject to standard banking hours and interbank processing timelines.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

q555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered users. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are valid only for the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once accepted by the q555 system. q555 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after acceptance except where explicitly provided for in the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or disconnection during a live game session, q555 will resolve the affected round in accordance with the applicable game rules. Where a round cannot be resolved, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• q555 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, resulting from a technical fault, or placed in violation of these Terms or applicable game rules.
